This project was installed at Safehouse Gallery in London where is broken and ruined Victorian house transformed in art place. ‘Glimpse of Other Story’ is about one of my house projects, reflecting a personal suffering from sleeplessness, which relates with the absence of my own house in anywhere, displacement, alienation and a feeling of insecure. There are two different sound pieces installed, one is a random busker’s singing Ben E King’s ‘Stand by Me’ at a station in London; worked with a large spinning curtains and an amber light, and the other one is my whistling the song, ’Somewhere Over the Rainbow’, placed at the back of a flower shirt hanging on one side of the wall.
